چکیده

We present theoretical and experimental results for c field amplified sample stacking (FASS). We use an acid coating to minimize dispersion due to EOF. We mod dimensional electromigration and dispersion of two bac sample ion across an initial concentration gradient. Regu to solve for the concentration fields. Also, we use CCDfluorescence imaging to experimentally measure the u validate the model.
